The screw jack is composed of main parts such as piston, piston cylinder, top cap and outer cover. Using the hydraulic principle, the hand-punched oil pump presses the oil into the bottom of the piston to lift the heavy objects, and the work is stable and has a self-acting effect.
There are many types of small screw jack, mainly the YQ type designed for the national jack series. Although other models have some characteristics and are still produced in many factories, the YQ series jack is still the most widely used product.
YQ series jacks are improved on the basis of original products, with advanced structure, beautiful style and flexible use. Its characteristics are as follows:

1. The lifting capacity complies with the preferred selection coefficient (3, 5, 8, 12.5, 16, 20, 32, 50, 100…), the body is higher than the old product, and the lifting height is higher than that of the old product.
2. The horizontal pin limit device is adopted to avoid the oil leakage after rising and exceeding the limit in the old product.
3. Using cream rubber as the sealing material, the cross-section design is improved, and the sealing performance is good.

Terms and Conditions:
1. When used above -5°C, use No. 10 mechanical oil as the working oil. When used at -5°C~-35°C, use special spindle oil or instrument oil. The working oil must be clean and adequate.
2. The lifting capacity must not exceed the rated value, and the handle must not be lengthened.
3. Do not put it on its side or upside down when using it (YQ type 100 tons or more is allowed to take off the fuel tank and use it on its side, and the position of the mailbox must be higher than the oil pump)
4. Avoid vibration during use to avoid damage.
