3. The chain is twisted
When the chain is twisted in the 2 ton chain hoist, the operating force will increase, which will cause the parts to jam or break. The reason should be found in time, which may be caused by the deformation of the chain. If the problem cannot be solved after adjustment, the chain should be replaced.

4. Card chain
The chain of manual chain hoist is jammed and difficult to operate, usually due to the wear of the chain. If the diameter of the chain ring has worn up to 10%, the chain should be replaced in time.
5. The transmission gear is damaged
The transmission gear is damaged, such as gear cracks, broken teeth, and tooth surface wear. When the tooth surface wear reaches 30% of the original tooth, it should be scrapped and replaced; the cracked or broken gear should also be replaced immediately.
6. The brake pads are out of order
If the brake pad fails to meet the braking torque requirement, the lifting capacity will not reach the rated lifting capacity. At this time, the brake should be adjusted or the brake pad should be replaced.
