Third: How to use the hoist
Before using the hoist, make sure that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are firmly hooked. Wrong operations such as hanging heavy objects on the tip are strictly prohibited.The chain hoist lifting chain should be hung vertically without wrongly twisted links, and the lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over.The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise, and the heavy object can be lifted;Pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and heavy objects can be lowered slowly. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.During the lifting process of the chain hoist, no matter whether the heavy object rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, and do not use too much force to avoid the hand chain jumping or the snap ring.If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, he should stop using it immediately.
