In terms of product performance, we will do the following tests：
For each product, we will do 4 times breaking test, 1.5 times load test for each product。
For lever block we will have another 2% light loading test.
Before we do assemble, the load chain must do 2 times tensile test to ensure the stability of product quality.
1.5 times loading test
This lever block is 750KG, we are doing 1.5 times load test, 750kg, 1.5 times is 1125 kg,pls see the picture on the right, it shows more than 1200kg.
Every pcs we do the 1.5 times load test.

2% Light Loading Test
The capacity of this lever hoist is 750kg , we are doing 2% light loading test. 2% is 15kg ,but now we can do about 1% light load test, you can see it just 6kg.
Light load can detect the precision of various parts.
4 times breaking test
I have showed you the different states of lever hoist before the testing and post -testing
